As a disability fashion stylist, I can shop COS for clients with various body types and budgets. There are so many reasons to love this brand, but it’s a combination of art, architecture, and minimalism for me. I’ve also recently learned from Fashionably Tardy podcast host Natalie Trevonne that the color-coded merchandising is also great for blind shoppers.
New to COS? The aesthetic is modern classic with a twist. Many of my favorite pieces from COS have lasted over six years. As always, make sure you turn the purchased pieces inside out and check to check the construction quality. Look for reinforced seams and good quality fabric. If you are not a fan of pilling (fuzz balls), keep in mind knitted fabrics pill more than woven fabrics. Happy Shopping.
